In the heart of Glasgow’s city centre, Premier Suites Plus Glasgow is just 10 minutes’ walk from the bustling High Street. Free WiFi is available and most suites boast views over George Square and Queen Street.
All of the suites have a living area and a separate bedroom area. They boast a 47-inch flat-screen TV, a safe, a Nespresso machine, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Each suite has a welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk sugar and biscuits. The penthouse suites also offer the luxury of air conditioning.
The Pavillion Theatre is a 9-minute walk whilst the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall can be reached within a 7-minute walk. A variety of supermarkets can be reached within a 15-minute walk and the cinema is a 10-minute walk.
Queen Street Rail Station is a 5-minute walk from the building. It is a 5-minute drive from Olympic House to the M8 motorway, for easily accessing the rest of Scotland.

Reservations for 5 or more rooms will be considered a group booking. For these reservations, 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking.
Bookings made on the day require full payment at the time of booking.
A security deposit of GBP 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note if the booking is for the same day arrival the security deposit can only be paid by card along with photo ID in the same name as the cardholder.
A valid form of photo ID in the form of a driving license or passport will also be required at check-in.
Under no circumstances is an apartment to be sublet by the occupier. Failure to adhere to this will result in the occupant being evicted.
Office opening hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 09:00 to 21:00, Saturday 10:00 to 19:00 and Sunday 11:00 to 17:00. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform PREMIER SUITES PLUS Glasgow in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Premier Apartments will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. 英國首相卡麥隆近日一張赤腳熟睡的「非官方」照片被登上英國各報的頭版版面，引發了不少爭議。這張照片中的卡麥隆光著腳ㄚ躺在床上呼呼大睡，而裝有國家機密的紅色機密箱(以下簡稱紅箱)則被隨意地擺放在床上，無人看管。其實首相睡覺是無可厚非，重點是置機密於不顧就是犯了大忌，目前照片已被刪除了。
怎麼會有這張照片呢？原來是卡麥隆一結束G20的高峰會後，便回英國參加小姨子的婚禮，而在婚禮開始前，他便躺在床上睡覺休息。然而當時準新娘艾莉絲．雪菲爾在婚禮前隨興拍照，竟沒有發現背景就是熟睡的卡麥隆，所以光腳熟睡的卡麥隆其實是不經意入鏡的，而引發不滿的是照片中可以看到作為英國最高機密之一的首相紅箱被隨意放在床上。
對此，英國首相府隨後回應，箱子始終就在首相身邊，而且該圖片很快被刪除。這張照片是在英國時間19日晚間已經移除了，而新娘艾莉絲對於照片外流十分懊惱，甚至還在推特上罵自己是白癡。
其實，這已經不是卡麥隆第一次因為隨意放置紅箱而遭質疑了，在9月7日，剛參加完G20峰會的卡麥隆在搭乘火車時，誤將紅箱遺落在火車的桌子上，被一名同行乘客將破舊且鑰匙插在鎖上的紅箱拍了照，當時也引發了公眾質疑。不過，英國首相府堅稱，當時這個箱子並非無人看管，因為卡麥隆的安保人員始終在那兒。
這個紅箱看起來很破舊，四角還也磨損，但它卻很有「來頭」。這是英國首相和大臣們都會攜帶的機密箱，因為是紅色的，所以又被稱為紅箱，其歷史可以追溯到1860年。
最初的「紅箱」是由四次出任英國首相的格萊斯頓於1860年引入，而且一直使用至1965年，才被卡拉漢以一個新的「紅箱」代替，而卡拉漢的「紅箱」使用至1997年，才被布朗再次替換。就這樣，150多年來，紅箱一直作為英國官員的公事包。
幾位有意角逐台北市長大位的人選一一表態，過去也被視為綠營熱門人選、台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲表示，自己對投入選戰一事仍在思考，儘管自己並非民進黨員，但仍對選情不敢太過樂觀，他認為大家不應存著國民黨只要爛到一個程度，選舉就會贏的心態，否則民進黨執政將遙遙無期。
柯文哲22日受阿米巴新文化講座邀請，赴台中進行演說，對台北市長選舉一事，柯文哲坦言自己還在想，目前正在進行學習、參訪之旅。
但他也坦言，自己非民進黨員，為了選舉而加入民進黨相當奇怪，但可以坐下來談。有消息指出，民進黨內部有人擔心柯不受控制，對他代表綠營參選抱持疑慮，對此他認為這樣的說法相當奇怪，畢竟民進黨內「自走砲」一大堆，黨應站在對人民有利立場來思考。
同時他還強調，選舉需要天時、地利、人和，但台灣社會一直泛政治化，距離選舉還有一年半，現任的市長們做得好不好？卻都沒人管了，反而只在意未來的人選。
他也特別提醒民進黨，就算國民黨爛，不代表民進黨可取得執政權，就算馬的民調只有9趴，但民進黨的支持度也不超過3成5，民進黨繼續抱著「死狗理論」，抱著國民黨爛、爛到一定程度就贏了的想法，那執政就遙遙無期了。
至於國民黨是否會派出連勝文，他認為國民黨因為內鬥，最後是不是連勝文順利出馬，也有待觀察。
目前民進黨內傳出有意參選北市長的人選，除了柯文哲外，還包括前副總統呂秀蓮、民進黨北市立委姚文智等。
